Progression Pathway – Employability

Gardening Programme

These introductory courses are for anyone who is thinking about working as a gardener but who lacks the experience or confidence and wants to begin to develop a range of practical skills and build their horticultural knowledge. The course is also suitable for anyone thinking about getting back into education or employment and who wants to build their confidence as a first step.

You can choose to take one, two or all three parts of this programme.

How much does the course cost?

This course is FREE of charge if you are claiming means-tested benefits, Otherwise it is just £40 per person (including all accommodation, meals, tuition and learning resources).

As well as applying online, you can download our application and registration forms to print off and send back to us, or you can call the short course office on 0121 472 0116 to have forms sent to you or for more information.
