Progression Pathway – Personal and Social Development

Coping with Stress

This educational course helps you identify some of the symptoms, causes and effects of stress, and introduces some coping strategies such as positive beliefs, time balance, and basic assertive techniques. You will also have the opportunity to practice relaxation techniques and understand the benefits of such strategies to help reduce tension and negative stress.

How much does the course cost?

This course is FREE of charge if you are claiming means-tested benefits, Otherwise it is just £40 per person (including all accommodation, meals, tuition and learning resources).
