Progression Pathway – Personal and Social Development

Developing Your Own Interpersonal Skills

This course offers taster sessions on identifying your strengths and skills; time management; coping with stress; dealing with criticism; confident behaviour; body language and how to respond to aggressive, passive and assertive behaviour. It is useful for communicating within families and social groups as well as in the workplace.

How much does the course cost?

This course is FREE of charge if you are claiming means-tested benefits, Otherwise it is just £40 per person (including all accommodation, meals, tuition and learning resources).
