Progression Pathway – Personal and Social Development

Health and Fitness for Life

This course will help you look at aspects of your diet, exercise, fitness and other areas relating to personal health and well-being. By the end of the course you will be able to identify what adjustments need to be made in any of these areas in order to improve your health and general well-being.

How much does the course cost?

This course is FREE of charge if you are claiming means-tested benefits, Otherwise it is just £40 per person (including all accommodation, meals, tuition and learning resources).
