Progression Pathway – Skills for Life

Confidence With Numbers

If you are unsure about using numbers and figures then this is the right place to start. The course concentrates on building your confidence to use basic mathematical methods for adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing whole numbers. Through a series of activities you will learn new techniques for doing these sums in your head and in writing, showing that you can learn to do maths, even if you thought you couldn’t!
