Specialist Support

Fircroft has a track record of working closely with individual organisations to help meet their specific needs. This includes developing and delivering tailored, non-residential, unaccredited or shortened versions of our training courses.

Organisations can also benefit from our expertise in the voluntary sector, with disadvantaged groups, and in areas like Quality and Equality which Ofsted graded outstanding. We are able to provide help and support in many ways, including:

• Designing and delivering tailored courses for the voluntary sector

• Providing accredited qualifications in equality and diversity

• Leading on joint bids for contracts, projects and funding

• Successfully delivering projects

• Offering advice and guidance on quality improvement

• Providing facilitation services

• Running Family Learning courses, giving parents and children a unique opportunity to learn together

• Assisting with running workshops, either at Fircroft College or externally

• Marking and assessing bids

Providing professional advice and support, in areas such as marketing, finance, teaching and learning, accreditation, IT in teaching and learning, and horticulture.
