For the
first time Fircroft College of Adult Education is linking up
with the
Institute of
Leadership and Management (ILM)
to offer the
Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management. Fircroft’s
expertise in the voluntary and community sector enables
learners to study for this qualification using relevant
content and case studies whilst gaining a widely recognised
qualification transferable to other sectors.
The
Certificate will be taught throughout the academic year
2009/10, starting in October 2009 and finishing the
following July. This will consist of 7 x two night
residentials and 1 x four night residential. Teaching will
consist of individual and group work, group discussion and
debate, set tasks and exercises, simulations and role play,
as well as tutor input, your own research
and background reading.
This course costs just £630, including all
accommodation/meals and ILM membership/accreditation fees.
