Fircroft College Learning Garden

Fircroft College is a registered charity. We fundraise and apply for grants in support of our work and mission. 

On the suggestion of students, this year we are excited to launch our 'Learning Garden Appeal' 

We know everyone loves the Fircroft gardens. This year we are hoping to create a tranquil garden area under the existing orchard, which will lead into a walk around the lower grounds for those who would like some fresh air and exercise. For those who just want to have some quiet reflection time there will be some accessible seating provided.                                                                                                                     

We need to clear the area, level it out, turf it and provide some shelter for outdoor learning to ensure as many students as possible can benefit .

We know Fircroft transforms lives and part of our unique offer is the ability to spend time outdoors and escape from the world for a while.  Read more about the impact we have here.

There will be a series of fundraising events and activities taking place through spring and summer in support of this appeal, including climbing Mount Snowdon, Bake Sales, and a range of sponsored activities organised by students.   There will also be a collection box in the college reception area.  

Every penny counts. If you can't afford to donate yourself but would like to help, please get in touch and we can talk through ideas for fundraising.
