Residential at the College 

This qualification equips you to undertake a mentoring role in an organisational setting.  We will look at the stages of the mentoring relationship and how to respect individuality and difference. You will learn the range of skills and techniques required and we will also look at boundaries, how to deal with issues that arise and how to make referrals to other services.

Full awards at level 2 or below cost from £0-£60 depending on your income

Entry Requirements 

This is for people already mentoring or hoping to mentor in an educational or health setting or for an organisation.

You're not required to already have done any mentoring, but we do ask that you are working at Level 1 or above in literacy.
