This is perhaps the most difficult time to work as a manager, with staff working remotely, ever changing laws and guidelines making our working lives even more complex. Furthermore, for those currently unemployed or looking to progress in their career the current employment crisis has created an even more competitive market in which to get a job. Qualifications like this can really accelerate your CV. This course is for anyone working in, or hoping to work in, supervisory and management roles in their industry.

This Institute of Leadership and Management Level 2 course is designed to help you boost your performance as a team member and help you make the transition from working in a team to leading a team.
