A Leadership Commission in the West Midlands called for more inclusive leadership.

The Certificate in Leadership: Team Skills develops you to step up in to the supervisory and management vacancies which exist in the region. It presents alternative leadership styles, personal development, networking, flexible ways of working, coaching and mentoring. 

Three short residentials will introduce you to key themes such as:

You will then have a choice of evening and weekend workshops in the college's specialist areas such as change, diveristy and remote working. You will also do some work on-line around Performance Management, Project Management and Negotiation and Conflict.

We can even run an introductory workshop on inclusive leadership for your employer and work colleagues.
