This course will explore what anxiety is, how and why it develops and what we can do to manage it effectively.

In this practical, supportive atmosphere, you will:

  • Define what anxiety means for you.
  • Identify the many forms it can take.
  • Explore various self-help skills and conventional treatments to help reduce and manage anxiety.
  • Develop an action plan for overcoming your anxiety

You will need your own computer with a camera and microphone installed so that you can fully engage with online learning when enrolling onto the online version of this course.
