What is the short listing process? Short listing is carried out by a minimum of two members of staff. All personal details and equality information are removed from the application forms. Application forms are then forwarded to the shortlisting panel who score the applications against the person specification. CV’s do not usually form part of our process and are not normally considered at this stage so it’s important that your application form contains all relevant information.
