In a world where only 5% of CEO'S are women in the UK, this course will be looking at the way in which women are viewed in society and what makes a 'strong woman'. This course will explore:

  • What is female strength?/ What constitutes women’s strength?

  • History of female strength

  • Barriers for women in society – perceived/actual

  • Overcoming barriers – Personal Development Plans
