This course looks at what it takes to lead a team. What skills are needed from communication and problem solving to decision making and recognition giving. You will look at different styles of leadership and how to use your skills to get the best from your team. Through leadership theory to looking a scenarios and case studies, the course will give you the knowledge to help you move into the role whilst looking at your own personal style of leadership.
