Safeguarding is everyone’s business and it is important to ensure your safeguarding knowledge is up to date and in line with government policies and procedures. Date 28th May 2021- 30th May 2021 (3 Days - 2 Nights) Level Level 2 Awarding Body Open College Network West Midlands Learning Outcomes The course covers what safeguarding is, key legislation, how to identify the signs of abuse and who could be most at risk, the capacity to make decisions, how to respond to concerns, how to act if the information is disclosed to you, sharing information, how to record concerns and referrals. You will refresh and update your knowledge and understanding to enable you to provide the highest level of care for vulnerable adults.
