Every business has felt the effects of COVID-19 this year and strong management has been integral in helping organisations get through these challenging times. This qualification is ideal if you have management responsibilities but have had no, or little, formal training, and you are serious about developing your abilities. It is particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management and for managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. This course is for anyone who is currently in a job, or who is hoping to progress into a job, that has middle management responsibilities.

Entry Requirements

A certificate of Level 1 English is to be provided on application or if you are unable to produce a certificate, you can take an entry test to have your level of English assessed.

You must have a computer and internet access at home along with a microphone and camera installed.

Full certificates at level 3 or above cost from £0-£150 depending on your income

Progression Following completion of this certificate you could apply for the ILM Level 4 qualification in Leadership and Management at Fircroft College, or use this qualification for career advancement in your chosen industry sector.
