This qualification is designed for new and aspiring department heads, regional team leaders and other middle managers to help them really get to grips with the role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the skills you need to lead at this level. You will consolidate your management skills and experience, develop the capabilities and personal awareness you need be a leader and accredit your experience with a nationally recognised qualification.

Entry Requirments

A certificate of Level 1 English is to be provided on application or if you are unable to produce a certificate, you can take an entry test to have your level of English assessed.

You must have the Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification, or relevant professional experience

You will need a computer and internet access at home along with a microphone and a camera installed

Progression Following the completion of this certificate, you could apply for an ILM Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, or use this qualification for career advancement in your chosen industry sector.
