Conflict is inevitable. You cannot always agree with everything other people say and do. In some instances, you may need to challenge others on behalf of yourself or as an advocate for someone else. However, many people tend to avoid conflict because it can be unpleasant, stressful and damaging.

But, what exactly is conflict and why do we seek to avoid it?

  • How we are affected by conflict.
  • The stages in the development of conflict.
  • How to respond effectively to resolve conflict and ways to improve positivity and harmonious interactions with others.
