This course will introduce you to a range of key areas that will support you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and habits which can improve your overall physical, mental and emotional health.
This course is designed for people who are complete beginners, we are going to take a hands-on approach to the science of everyday life and try to answer some questions you may have wondered about!
This 9 week part-time residential accredited course is for people in a personal, voluntary or professional capacity.
