I was frustrated by my lack of employment, I felt sending out C.V’s was getting me nowhere. My life was non-existent and I decided that it was time to change that. I wanted to be able to look forward to the future because for me the present did not exist. The only light I could see at the end of the tunnel was education. So I thought i'd give Fircroft a go.

I learned a great deal since coming to Fircroft College, It’s not just the short courses it’s also a journey to the unexpected with the staff past and present. I look forward to learning new subjects with new students each time I come to the college. I intend to continue to learn more from Fircroft and hope to gain access to university.

I am happy that I discovered Fircroft and I am looking forward to taking future short courses to guide me on my educational journey. I don’t want to be left behind, I want to continue my education and be in a better place than I am in now. I would like to thank all of the staff, support workers and tutors at Fircroft for helping me to get to where I am today. My learning journey hasn’t finished yet and I will be continuing my quest at Fircroft.
