Although the number of cases of coronavirus have decreased substantially and lockdown restrictions have been lifted to a great extent, there are still certain guidelines we all need to adhere to.

This document includes a list of charities both nationally and locally who have provided a range of services to support individuals during this time. This includes food banks in the Birmingham area, mental health charities and domestic violence helplines.  We realise that just because the situation has improved for us all in our daily lives such as being able to start to access non-essential services and travel a lot more freely, there are still people who will be struggling, through no fault of their own, to adapt to the new way of life.  This document aims to signpost people who need support to just some of the many charities available.  Information correct in July 2020.
