One of the effects of the lockdown is that we are now more reliant on technology than ever before. We believe that taking a break from our screens once in a while can really help improve our mental health.
Introducing THE WELLBEING BOX.

This is a project that you will complete over 8 weeks starting on the 22nd of May until the 15th of July. You will receive a fortnightly package through the post with instructions, worksheets and wellbeing advice.
