Training the Trainer gives you new skills and enables your organisation to introduce in-house training. This is part 2 of a two-part course. You can view part 1 here. This course is aimed at both new and experienced teachers and trainers in the voluntary and community sectors, who have completed Part 1 of the Training the Trainer course.

This course gives you new skills and enables your organisation to introduce in-house training. This is a two-part course leading to Open College Network accreditation at Levels 1 and Part 1 looks at what makes a good trainer and how adults learn. Part 2 focuses on delivering training with a strong focus on practical exercises, followed by review and individual support from Fircroft own tutors. You can progress your knowledge by taking our Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

This course is designed for anyone who plans or delivers training at any level within the voluntary and community sectors. It follows on from Training the Trainer Part 1 and provides valuable opportunities to develop and consolidate the skills and techniques learned during that course. Part 2 focuses on delivering training with a strong focus on practical exercises, followed by review and individual support from Fircroft’s own tutors.
