How we feel about ourselves is vital to our physical and mental wellbeing. This course specifically considers the range of therapies available to support your overall health.

It will explore the concept of wellbeing as a starting point to identify specific self-help treatments for mind, body and soul. If you are ready to level up your self-care routine, this is the ideal course.

Level 1 

Entry Requirements 

You must be working at an entry-level 3 or above in literacy. 

Learning Outcomes 

You will explore:

  • Concepts and dimensions of wellbeing - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
  • Issues that wellbeing therapies support and alleviate
  • A range of common and not so common therapies
  • Identifying strategies for wellbeing


This course will help develop life skills and self-development for individuals and those supporting others.
