This course is an introductory level course designed for people who are supporting someone with a specific need. This course will complement your role as a volunteer, or as a support role. 

By undertaking this course you will improve your knowledge and understanding of people with specific needs; what these needs are and how they vary. You will find out what support is available to access and what further training might be needed.
