Health and Science Tutor

Scale 6/7 (points 29-33), currently £32,660 – £36,741 per annum (pro rata)
Hours per week: 26.25 hours

We are looking to appoint a Health and Science Tutor to plan and teach on agreed programmes. The post holder will be required to meet the targets and criteria set by the College for Outstanding teaching, learning and assessment, and participate in the College’s quality improvement activity.

To be considered for this role you must have experience of teaching people in Health and Science or a related subject area and experience and a good track record of curriculum innovation is essential. The right person will be someone who enjoys working at a fast pace with a variety of different tasks, who is self-managed with a strong work ethic, who has a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude and is a completer / finisher. You must effectively collaborate with staff across the College to ensure an excellent learner experience and progression.
