Admissions Officer
Salary: Scale 2, currently £21,255 up to £21,971 per annum pro rata
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week – Full time

We are looking to appoint an Admissions Officer to provide responsive and customer focussed service for all student enquiries and applications. In the role, you’ll have a key focus on providing Information, Advice and Guidance to enhance the student experience. You’ll also support the recruitment of students to the College and will be a key member of the team in helping to cover the Reception function of the college.
To be considered for this role you will have experience of dealing with a range of people with different requirements in a customer-facing role and have great organisational and administrative experience. You’ll also have strong IT skills and communication and interpersonal skills.

Health and Wellbeing Tutor
Salary Scale: 6/7 (points 29-33), currently £32,020 to £36,021 per annum

We are looking to appoint a Health and Wellbeing Tutor. The post holder will be required to plan and deliver the
college’s Health, Well-being and Personal and Social Development provision across a range of levels. As a member of the Education Team, you’ll undertake a teaching commitment from level RARPA courses through to our Level 3 Access to Higher Education (Social Science and Health) diploma. You will contribute to the development of our curriculum and will collaborate with staff across the college to ensure an excellent learner experience from initial assessment through to progression.
To be considered for this role you must have experience of teaching Health, Wellbeing and Personal and Social
Development and a Level 4 recognised teaching qualification (or the ability and willingness to gain one within a period of 2 years from appointment). We’re looking for someone who holds a Level 4 qualification in a relevant area (or who has gained equivalent professional experience in Health, Wellbeing and Personal and Social Development).

Data and Systems Assistant

We are looking to appoint a Data and Systems Assistant to support and assist the delivery of our MIS functions, maintain and develop systems and monitor quality data inputting within the college’s MIS. The post holder will be required to assist in the continued implementation and maintenance of management information reports and systems, assist in the maintenance of supporting systems and platforms linked to management information, and provide quality training and support to enable all staff to utilise MI systems and reports.
To be considered for this role you must have a Level 2 qualification in Mathematics, experience of data inputting using a variety of software, Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent experience with data systems, and good communication and interpersonal skills, including customer service skills. We are looking to appoint an Exams & Accreditation Assistant to support and assist in the delivery of Accreditation and Exams for the college. The post holder will be required to assist in the planning and booking of exams with Tutors, register learners for exams and certification with awarding bodies, and work with the college’s Quality Lead, assist in the monitoring of accreditation and exam processes to ensure KPI’s are reached.
