Level

Entry-Level 3

Over three practical and accessible days, you will explore simple AI tools, key terminology and real-life examples that show how AI supports modern life at home, in the community, and in the workplace. The course aims to build digital confidence and introduce emerging technologies in a friendly, supportive way. You will discover how AI can aid with writing, planning, translation, creativity, and accessibility, while also developing the ability to use AI safely, responsibly, and with human judgement.

No technical background is required—just curiosity and an openness to learning something new.

This course is ideal if you are:

•         Wanting to improve confidence with digital tools

•         New to Artificial Intelligence or modern technology

•         Looking to update your digital skills or improve employability

•         Curious about how AI affects daily life, communication, and work

•         A member of the community supporting others with digital tasks

The course is suitable for a wide range of learners, including returners to learning, ESOL learners with Level 1 English, job seekers, volunteers, or anyone interested in gaining an understanding of AI in a safe and supportive environment.

You must be working at English Entry-Level 3, or above
