This course is suitable for anyone seeking to navigate the challenges of modern life while maintaining their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Through interactive discussions, self-reflection exercises, and practical techniques, participants will explore the key elements of a balanced and fulfilling life. Led by experienced facilitators and well-being experts, this course creates a supportive and empowering learning environment that encourages self-discovery, growth, and the development of sustainable habits for well-being.

All learners enrolling on 2026/27 courses will use laptops, tablets and other digital technology as part of their learning

Entry Requirements

You must be working at Entry-Level 3 Literacy, or above
