The course aims to reduce risks such as osteoporosis, anaemia, and cardiovascular disease.
This course is ideal for women seeking to improve fitness, manage stress, or prevent female-specific health risks.
During this course you will learn about coping strategies including:
Hydration and Hormonal Balance – the role of water in temperature regulation and skin health
Nutrition for Females – calcium, iron, and weight management
Exercise and Bone Health – strength and flexibility training
Lifestyle and Risk Management – stress reduction and screening for female-specific conditions
By the end of the course, you will:
