This course is for men who are interested in improving fitness, managing stress, or preventing common male health risks such as cardiovascular disease and obesity. Suitable for employed, unemployed, or retired individuals.
During this course you will learn about coping strategies including:
Hydration and Homeostasis – the importance of water balance and signs of dehydration
Nutrition for Men – protein, calorie needs, and heart health
Exercise and Fitness – strength training and cardiovascular health
Lifestyle and Risk Management – stress reduction, alcohol moderation, and screening for male-specific conditions
