Level 1

Physical Health, Nutrition, and Happiness is a  course designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the interrelationship between physical health, nutrition, and overall well-being. The course emphasises the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and making informed choices about nutrition to enhance physical health and promote happiness.

During this course you will:

  • Develop an understanding of physical health and its impact on overall well-being.
  • Gain knowledge of essential nutrients, their functions, and their role in maintaining optimal health.
  • Explore various dietary patterns and their effects on physical health and happiness.
  • Learn effective strategies for managing weight, preventing chronic diseases, and enhancing longevity.
  • Understand the relationship between physical activity and mental well-being.
  • Discover the psychological factors that contribute to happiness and well-being.
  • Acquire practical skills for adopting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
