Access to Higher Education Diploma Open Day – Wednesday 27th May 2026

Our Open Days

Register to attend an Access to Higher Education Diploma Open Day and come and see the college, meet some of the staff, have a tour of our building and grounds, find out more about our Diplomas.  We recommend you apply for one of our Access to Higher Education diplomas before attending an Open Day, but if you want to find out more first, you may get the opportunity to apply at the Open Day, if you like what you hear!

If you wish to apply, or you have applied already, you will be required to take an English and a maths assessment at the open day so that we can assess your suitability for this course and if appropriate, we can move onto the next phase of the application process.  Please note – you will not be expected to achieve a very high level score in these assessments as we will offer extra maths, English and digital lessons as part of the course.

Because the Access to Higher Education Diplomas are intensive courses, we have a rigorous recruitment process and you must attend an Open Day as part of the recruitment process.

This Open Day starts at 10.00am and ends at 1.00pm.  Please arrive at the college for 10.00am. If you arrive late, due to how we run our Open Days , we may not be able to include you and this may affect your opportunity to be considered for our Access to Higher Education Diplomas.
