Access and additional information
Our workshops are free to attend, and most are family-friendly and suitable for both adults and children. However, some workshops are designed for adults only, so please check the individual workshop details carefully before booking.
All workshops take place outdoors in a variety of green spaces. Terrain and pathways may be uneven, grassy, muddy, or otherwise challenging underfoot. Participants are responsible for wearing suitable clothing and footwear appropriate for outdoor activities and weather conditions.
Some workshop locations are in secluded natural areas and may be difficult to find without prior planning. Please read the directions provided in the workshop information carefully before travelling to ensure you arrive at the correct location.
As workshops take place outdoors, we recommend dressing appropriately for the forecast weather conditions and bringing a refillable water bottle and any snacks you may require.
Food or drink tastings may be offered at certain workshops. While we will endeavour to provide information about ingredients where available, participants with allergies, intolerances, or other dietary requirements are responsible for taking appropriate precautions. If you have any concerns, please contact us before attending.
By booking a workshop, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks associated with uneven ground, weather conditions, and natural environments, and attend at their own discretion.
For access requirements or further accessibility information, email robyn.dawes@fircroft.ac.uk before attending.
