Whether you're interested in our programme of Short Courses, or our Access to Higher Education Diploma, coming to an Open Day is a great way to get a feel for what it’s like to study at Fircroft College.

You will have the opportunity to speak to our friendly and helpful tutors, get advice and guidance, have a tour of the college and apply for courses on the day. If you are thinking of coming to an Open Day or applying for courses at Fircroft, we strongly recommend that you take a short  online assessment in literacy and numeracy beforehand. This will tell you what academic level you are at and will help you to choose the right courses.

Open Day Dates

We ask that all Open Day visitors arrive at the College between 1pm and 1.15pm ready for a 1.30pm start. The events then run until approximately 4pm. Free refreshments are provided.

We now run Open Days which are more specific to the course areas you may be interested in. Please see list of dates below for Short Course Open Days and Access to HE Open Days.
