We are looking to appoint a Welfare Officer to support our learners to progress within the college and to manage behaviour appropriately. Scale 3, currently £21,389 to £23,267 per annum. 37.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly and to include evening and weekend hours.
The successful person will need to create a culture where all student voices are empowered, listened too, acted on appropriately and matter in the college. Scale 5 £26,944 to £29,434 per annum. 37.5 hours per week, to be worked flexibly and include evenings and weekends.
